The Role

This is not a traditional sales position.

The firm is seeking a highly connected, credible, and sophisticated commercial leader to develop and manage UHNW client relationships, with a primary focus on the UAE market. The role is advisory in nature, centered on trust, discretion, and long term portfolio building rather than transactional sales.

You will act as a trusted advisor to UHNW individuals, family offices, and intermediaries, guiding them in building wine investment portfolios as part of a broader wealth diversification and legacy strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Development
  • Identify, approach, and engage UHNW individuals, family offices, private banks, and trusted intermediaries, primarily within the UAE.
  • Leverage an established personal network in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider GCC to build a high value client portfolio.
  • Develop long‑term client relationships based on credibility, discretion, and advisory depth.
  • Host and curate exclusive client experiences, including private tastings, invitation‑only events, and bespoke multi‑day tours in Bordeaux.
Advisory and Portfolio Curation
  • Advise clients on building and managing wine investment portfolios aligned with capital preservation and long‑term value creation.
  • Present investment opportunities supported by market data, rarity, provenance, and appreciation potential.
  • Deliver a concierge‑level service with exceptional standards of follow‑up, confidentiality, and personalization.
Brand Ambassadorship and Partnerships
  • Represent the firm within the UAE luxury, investment, and private wealth ecosystem.
  • Build strategic partnerships with private banks, family offices, private member clubs, luxury brands, and real estate networks.
  • Strengthen the firm’s positioning as a trusted reference in alternative luxury investments.
Ideal Profile
  • Fluent in English is mandatory, Arabic + French is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience working with UHNW or HNW clients in the UAE, within private banking, wealth management, exclusive real estate, luxury retail, private clubs, or similar high‑trust environments.
  • Strong personal network of UHNW principals, family offices, or key influencers in the UAE.
  • Advisory mindset with the ability to establish credibility quickly and manage complex, high‑value relationships.
  • Polished communication style, strong emotional intelligence, and natural ambassadorial presence.
  • Genuine interest in fine wines, luxury collectibles, or alternative investments, full training provided.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable operating autonomously in a performance‑driven environment.
