The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. This role involves maintaining archives and ensuring transactions meet required conditions. Completing various official transactions and following up on their implementation. Carrying out office work and related tasks within the center. Preparing minutes of meetings chaired by the Center Director. Organizing incoming and outgoing goods and maintaining the center’s archive. Study the official transactions related to the nature of the work, review them, and ensure that they meet the required conditions. Filling out the necessary data and information in various transactions. Follow up on the completion of various official transactions related to the nature of the work. Guidance auditors and respond to their inquiries and guide them in matters related to the nature of the work when needed. Reviewing the periodic reports received by the center and supervising their analysis and study. Preserving and archiving data and documents related to the nature of the work. Carrying out any other work related to the nature of the work when assigned.
