Security and Loss Prevention Manager - UAE
Location: United Arab Emirates

We are hiring a Security and Loss Prevention Manager to lead security and loss prevention across multiple sites in the UAE. The role is responsible for safeguarding assets, inventory, personnel, and operations, while reducing losses and improving overall asset protection.

Responsibilities
  • Manage security and loss prevention operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Develop and implement site-specific security strategies and loss prevention programs.
  • Conduct investigations into inventory losses including theft, damage, misplacement, and fraud.
  • Analyse loss data to identify trends, high-risk areas, and recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting and reconciliation.
  • Design and execute corrective action plans to prevent repeat incidents.
  • Monitor and improve effectiveness of loss prevention measures.
  • Lead security teams, ensuring adequate staffing, training, and performance.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and emergency services as required.
  • Manage security systems including CCTV, access control, alarms, and perimeter protection.
  • Develop and deliver security training programs for staff awareness.
  • Lead emergency preparedness and incident response initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE security laws and industry best practices.
  • Track and report security incidents, losses, and performance metrics.
  • Manage budgets and vendor contracts for security services and equipment.
Requirements
