We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized School Activity Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of extracurricular activities, events, competitions, and school programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and external partners to ensure a vibrant and engaging school environment that supports holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage co-curricular and extracurricular activities across all grade levels.
  • Develop and maintain an annual school activity calendar, including national events, sports days, cultural celebrations, and academic competitions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, department heads, and external vendors to organize school events and field trips.
  • Supervise the preparation, setup, and smooth execution of all school events and ensure logistics are in place.
  • Encourage and increase student participation in activities, clubs, and community service projects.
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with school policies, health and safety standards, and Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of student participation and event documentation (e.g., photos, reports, feedback).
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding upcoming events, permissions, and student involvement.
  • Support marketing and PR efforts by providing event content for school newsletters, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Handle budgeting and procurement related to student activities and seek sponsorships or partnerships as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; graphic design or media editing skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed during events.
  • Knowledge of UAE school regulations and cultural sensitivities is preferred.
