Job summary

A leading food manufacturer in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Food Technologist to oversee the product development and quality control processes for sauces, including mayonnaise and ketchup. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, particularly in emulsified foods, and strong technical skills in stability management. This is a hands-on role requiring daily factory supervision and collaboration with production teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in sauces or emulsified foods.
• Strong technical understanding of emulsification, rheology and microbiology.
• Hands-on ability to work daily on the factory floor and support real-time production issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development, quality control, and stability management for sauce products.
• Develop and optimize recipes for mayonnaise and sauces.
• Conduct shelf-life and stability testing.
• Train production teams on GMP and hygiene.
