Overview

Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud migration, with a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and integrated SAP architectures. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and full-cycle SAP project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end SAP architecture and integration design aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant SAP solutions.
• Develop architecture roadmaps covering SAP S/4HANA, cloud, and legacy system transitions.
• Lead solution architecture across SAP project phases — from discovery and blueprinting to go-live and support.
• Ensure architectural integrity across SAP modules (REFX, FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.) and platforms (SAP BTP, SAP Fiori).
• Guide technical and functional teams to ensure consistency and best practices.
• Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT leadership to gather and validate requirements.
• Present solution options, conduct architecture walkthroughs, and gain stakeholder approvals.
• Establish and enforce SAP architecture standards, design principles, and best practices. Conduct architecture reviews and participate in change control boards (CCB).
• Evaluate new SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, AI/ML services, RISE with SAP). Recommend innovations and modernization opportunities aligned with enterprise goals.
• Ensure SAP solution complies with enterprise security policies, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with security teams to define roles, authorizations, and access models.
• Prepare technical architecture documents, integration specs, and deployment blueprints. Train and mentor project teams and junior architects on SAP design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, solution design, and technical architecture across multiple full lifecycle projects.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Central Finance).
• Strong background in legacy system transformation and hybrid (on-prem & cloud) SAP architectures.
• Led cross-functional teams in global, multi-country SAP rollouts involving complex integration and compliance scenarios.
• Deep involvement in project phases: blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
