Are you ready to take your SAP consulting career to the next level? We’re looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant to support and enhance the FICA module within the SAP ISU Utilities landscape including billing, payments, dunning and integration with other SAP modules.
As part of the role your focus will be on:
- Design, configure, enhance, test, support and implement solutions in SAP ISU FICA with experience working for utilities customers.
- Manage end‑to‑end FICA processes including:
- Business Partner and Contract Account setup
- Invoicing and billing integration
- Payment processing (inbound and outbound)
- Dunning and collections
- Write‑offs and refunds
- Security deposits
- Support integration with SAP FI, SD, CRM and other ISU components.
- Analyze and resolve FICA‑related incidents, bugs and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to gather requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Provide training and documentation for end users and support teams.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching and regression testing.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field.
- You bring a minimum of 8 years of relevant SAP experience with ISU exposure.
- You have worked with security deposits and set up installment plans.
- You have developed and implemented collections strategies.
- You have strong knowledge in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) especially within the utilities sector.
- You are highly familiar with clearing and reconciliation processes.
- You are skilled in dunning procedures and payment processing, including working with electronic bank statements, lockbox and other tools.
- You have a solid understanding of SAP FICO integration and its impact on utility processes, along with hands‑on experience in the SAP S/4HANA Utilities solution.
- You thrive in leading requirements gathering workshops and bring exceptional analytical, communication and documentation skills to effectively drive project success.
