Responsibilities

The service provider should be providing endtoend support of technical and functional aspects of SAP Ariba P2PThe resources should have good experience in integrating SAP Ariba with the Oracle ERP in data mapping of interfaces between SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP on error handling mechanismEnd to end handling of manual files and automated filesGood understanding of PR PO Invoices and Receipts for proactive support and maintenance of SAP Ariba P2PProvide technical support for applications interfaces and IT processes during the normal working hours as well as that all documentation is proactively updated to reflect current systems and expertise on Integration of Ariba solutions with Oracle applicationsProvide expertise in Integration Tool Kit (ITK) middlewareITK application maintenance updates patches and fixesProvide expertise in middleware technologies SOAP Web Services and SOA architectureManaging all technical requirements/issues during the support phaseMaintaining the ARIBA integration solution architectureEnsuring compliance with ADIBs IT & Security processes and policiesCreation of technical specification documentsFacilitate integration testingIntegration job monitoring status reporting and communicationsManaging the technical issue list weekly reports and communicationsAriba application issue resolutionChanges configured to Delegation of Authority Matrix for workflow ApprovalRunning reportsSupport for regular upgrades from SAP Ariba.
