The Team Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring while fostering a positive, results‑oriented environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to developing both the team and the business. The candidate must have a minimum of two years proven experience as a Team Manager in a commercial sector, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and achieve consistent results.
