Job Summary

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Jebel Ali Dubai is looking for a Sales Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Sales Support: Act as an initial point of contact for local and regional clients, capturing and organizing technical requirements to enable handoff to the appropriate team members. Respond to urgent client requests and ensure timely coordination across internal stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development & Opportunity Tracking: Assist with preparing quotes, compile tenders and proposals, managing CRM updates, and monitoring opportunity progress. Review solicitations and RFQs to support early-stage qualification.
  • Product Familiarity & Research: Maintain working knowledge of Special Vehicles products to aid in internal alignment and customer communication. Support research on market trends and competitive activity.
  • Communication & Coordination: Help prepare presentation materials and contribute to a seamless client experience by ensuring information flow between sales and after sales teams.
  • Occasional Travel: May be required to attend trade events, customer meetings, or team sessions in the region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a technology-related industry.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Teams, email, and CRM systems for daily communication and collaboration.
  • The candidate should have the capabilities to grow into a sales role for the Middle East territory within the next 2 - 3 years.
  • Marketing experience is a benefit.
  • French speaking is an advantage.
