About ClearGrid

ClearGrid is on a mission to revolutionize the debt resolution industry by leveraging AI, automation, and real-time data to fundamentally transform collections. We're a fast-growing startup seeking ambitious builders who want to tackle massive challenges and create lasting impact. If you’re passionate about building from the ground up and redefining how products drive business and customer outcomes, we want you on our team.

Role Overview

The Sales & Structuring Operations Analyst will act as the single source of truth for the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined sales execution, and clean handovers across teams.

The role is responsible for keeping deals moving through structured follow‑ups, process rigor, and high‑quality data integrity, while supporting the technical mechanics of credit pricing, Back‑Up Servicing (BUS), and securitisation as an apprentice operator within the structuring function. This role reports directly to the Commercial Director, with a dotted‑line reporting relationship to the Head of Securitisation for technical execution across Back‑Up Servicing (BUS) and securitisation mandates.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Operations
  • CRM ownership: maintain disciplined CRM usage across Sales and CS; ensure every account/contact/opportunity is complete and correctly classified; enforce owner, next step, next step date, value, product line, stage, close date; maintain account‑based structure (one company, multiple opportunities, multiple contacts) with a named primary champion per department.
  • Leads & follow‑ups: manage inbound/outbound lead intake and assignment; track follow‑up SLAs; run structured follow‑up sequences (email/LinkedIn/phone) for non‑responsive leads and stalled opps; book meetings for the Commercial Director and send written confirmations with agendas; enforce “no deal without a next step and date.”
  • Reporting & forecast: produce weekly pipeline reporting (coverage, stage conversion, win rate, slippage, forecast vs actual); define and enforce forecasting rules (including “commit”); maintain leadership dashboards with a weekly narrative (what moved, what’s blocked, what’s next).
  • Sales enablement: create and maintain core decks (company profile + product decks for Agency, SaaS, BUS); manage templates (proposals, SOWs, pricing sheets, case studies, one‑pagers) and version control.
  • Deal execution & documentation: manage meeting notes/actions/follow‑ups for Commercial Director + Head of Securitize; track legal/procurement steps; maintain deal rooms/document repositories (proposals, contracts, comms, key artifacts).
  • Handover & onboarding: document onboarding flows and prerequisites by product line; build Sales → CS/Ops handover checklists; track signature‑to‑go‑live timelines and flag blockers early.
  • Process improvement: remove bottlenecks; implement light CRM automations/workflows (no engineering); train team on CRM standards.
Securitisation & Technical Credit Operations (Apprenticeship)
  • Credit portfolio pricing: support analysis/pricing of loan portfolios; prepare/validate model inputs and underlying data.
  • BUS production: capture and coordinate technical requirements, including portfolio data mapping and servicing requirements during the sales cycle.
  • Securitisation support: organise data rooms, track collateral requirements, and document SPV prerequisites.
  • Technical onboarding: maintain technical checklists and required data fields for credit monitoring and servicing.
  • Portfolio intelligence: support senior leadership reporting on Value at Risk, AUM growth, and weighted portfolio volume.
Requirements
  • 2–6+ years in Sales Ops/RevOps/Commercial Ops (or similar).
  • Strong CRM experience.
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel + strong slide‑building.
  • Highly organised; comfortable enforcing standards and chasing inputs.
  • Confident with prospect/customer follow‑ups and scheduling.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with incomplete information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fintech/lending/collections/payments experience.
  • Experience supporting both Sales and CS.
  • Proposal tools (PandaDoc/DocuSign) and basic workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools/sequences.
