Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative (Male / Female) with proven experience in high-traffic retail or service environments to join our growing sales team across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and excels at building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience, achieving daily sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth through effective upselling and cross‑selling techniques. This position offers a competitive base salary, performance-based commission starting from AED 500 monthly, plus comprehensive benefits including annual travel ticket, visa sponsorship, health insurance, and accommodation (or an additional AED 400 if accommodation is not provided). The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales excellence within a vibrant retail or marketing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to drive sales and enhance brand perception.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer interaction.
  • Implement strategic upselling and cross‑selling techniques to increase average transaction value.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, track customer preferences, and report performance metrics regularly.
  • Ensure product displays are well‑organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Provide knowledgeable product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing company values and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to identify sales opportunities and improve customer retention.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines within the Al Karama Center and assigned location.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in a high‑traffic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and consistently exceeding performance expectations.
  • Strong proficiency in upselling and cross‑selling techniques with a track record of increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Valid work permit and willingness to obtain visa sponsorship (provided by employer).
  • Must be eligible for employment in the UAE and willing to work in either Al Ain or Abu Dhabi.
  • Nationality: Filipino, Nepali, Bangladeshi, or Indian (as per company policy).
  • Willingness to accept accommodation provided by the company or an additional AED 400 in salary if not provided.
