A rare opportunity to join a British‑run interior wrapping company in Dubai, operating in one of the fastest‑growing sectors in the UAE property market. Interior wrapping has become increasingly popular as tenants and landlords look for cost‑effective, non‑permanent ways to redesign rental properties, driving strong and consistent demand.

With a team of around 50 staff already in place, the business is well established and continuing to grow.

This role offers something uncommon in Dubai sales roles: a secure basic salary, strong commission structure, and a company car, giving you both stability and high earning potential.

The Role

You will manage end‑to‑end sales while coordinating projects with on‑site operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Managing the full sales cycle using company‑provided and self‑generated leads
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets
  • Managing sales pipelines and conducting on‑site consultations
  • Coordinating bookings, projects, and timelines
  • Delivering high levels of customer service
  • Driving to client sites across the UAE
About You
  • Proven sales experience, ideally from the UK, Europe, or wider Western Hemisphere
  • Target‑driven, organised, and commercially minded
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently
  • UAE driving licence (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic salary: AED 8,000 per month
  • Commission with realistic total earnings of AED 20,000+ per month
  • Company car provided, plus petrol allowance

Working Hours
  • 5–6 days per week (alternate Saturdays off)
