Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team and CRM staff.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the UAE real estate market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agencies and investors.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.

  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and sales events.

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines and UAE real estate laws.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events as required.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.

  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations.

  • Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa.

  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

  • Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate's portfolio and experience.
