Sales Manager – Leisure & Groups will drive revenue growth through leisure sales and elite group delegations while building strong relationships with leisure MICE/Corporate partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering extraordinary experiences and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals, travel advisors, and luxury travel partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key travel agencies, concierges, and DMCs to drive leisure bookings.
• Design and promote bespoke packages, experiences, and itineraries reflecting the resort’s exclusivity.
• Manage the full leisure sales cycle, including inquiries, proposals, contracts, and post-stay follow-up.
• Collaborate with marketing, F&B, and operations teams to create seasonal campaigns, promotions, and unique guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new leisure opportunities.
• Represent the resort at luxury travel trade events, roadshows, and networking opportunities.

Group Sales Responsibilities

• Drive group and event revenue, including corporate events, conferences, weddings, and private gatherings.
• Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, and key partners.
• Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and quotes for group bookings, ensuring alignment with client objectives and resort capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of group experiences.
• Track group sales performance, pipeline, and market intelligence to inform strategies.
• Represent the resort at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, with proven success in group and leisure segments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Knowledge of Salesforce systems and sales analytics.
