The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, working closely with partners, and maintaining key relationships. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of sales experience in fintech, a strong network across PSPs and OTC desks, and excellent negotiation skills. This position offers remote work and a competitive salary with performance-based commission.

Via their flagship product, they offer a cross-border payment solution infrastructure for money transfer operators, local banks, and corporates. With their mobile application, their retail customers and SMEs across Southeast Asia can send money to their families, friends, and business partners around the world.
Our client is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate client acquisition, grow settlement volumes, and strengthen corridor activity within their Digital Assets business line. This role is hands‑on and results‑driven - ideal for someone with a strong network across PSPs, OTC traders, crypto exchanges, or financial institutions who can drive business volume directly into our clients network. You will own the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and activation — and will play a key role in achieving the company’s TPV and revenue targets.
