Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a regional sales team with a strong customer‑first approach
- Take full ownership of annual sales targets, budgets and performance plans
- Strengthen market presence through proactive territory management and strategic growth initiatives
- Work closely with sales agents and partners across key geographical locations
- Drive pipeline development, customer engagement and sales conversion across all product lines
- Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting and client quotations in line with business processes
- Build senior‑level relationships with key customers and partners
- Continuously monitor market activity, competitor trends and identify growth opportunities
- Foster a high‑performance culture focused on development, accountability and results
- Ensure alignment with internal policies, governance and compliance standards
What Were Looking For
- Proven track record in a B2B capital equipment or technical solution sales environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross‑regional sales teams
- Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial
- Highly adaptable, commercially astute and driven to exceed targets
- Culturally aware and experienced in Middle East market dynamics
