A leading hotel group in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive Weddings to promote and sell wedding packages tailored for Arabic-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will manage the sales process from inquiry to event execution, emphasizing strong relationship building and negotiation skills. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, along with experience in wedding or event sales. The Sales Executive Weddings at Le Mridien Dubai is responsible for promoting and selling wedding packages to Arabic-speaking clients managing the entire sales process from initial inquiry to event execution. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and vendors conducting venue tours preparing proposals negotiating contracts and coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless and culturally tailored wedding experiences. Fluency in Arabic and English along with experience in wedding or event sales and a deep understanding of Arabic wedding traditions are essential for success in this role.
Assist management in training and motivating employees; serve as a role model. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
