Overview
Drive the growth of the Holiday Homes portfolio by acquiring high-quality properties in prime locations, closing landlord agreements, and consistently achieving acquisition targets. This role is for a proven holiday homes sales professional with a strong understanding of the Dubai short-term rental market, landlord expectations, and performance-based selling.
Responsibilities
- Property Acquisition & Sales: Actively source and acquire holiday homes through direct landlords, real estate agents, and broker referrals. Focus exclusively on high-yield locations, including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, City Walk, La Mer, and Dubai Hills. Conduct property presentations and negotiations with landlords. Close management agreements in line with company standards. Target & performance: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets. Maintain a strong closing ratio and consistent deal flow. Manage sales pipeline and follow-ups to ensure conversions.
Market Knowledge & Advisory
- Advise landlords on holiday home performance potential, revenue expectations, pricing strategy and seasonality. Conduct market research to support accurate projections.
Coordination & Onboarding Support
- Work closely with: Administration team, Operations team, Revenue team, Business Development Manager. Ensure smooth handover of new units for onboarding and go-live.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all acquired properties meet holiday home standards and DTCM compliance requirements. Maintain accurate CRM and reporting on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new properties acquired per month
- Value and quality of properties onboarded
- Closing ratio (leads to signed agreements)
- Time from lead to contract signing
- Portfolio retention rate
- Compliance and quality approval pass rate
Skills & Experience
- Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rentals (Dubai). Demonstrated track record of closing deals, hitting acquisition targets, and onboarding quality properties. Strong understanding of holiday home operations, DTCM regulations, and landlord expectations.
- Professional Skills: Excellent negotiation and closing skills; strong communication and presentation abilities; results-driven and target-oriented mindset; ability to work independently and under pressure; strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline.
