Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for gaming software products and platforms
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their operational and commercial requirements
  • Present gaming software solutions through demos, presentations, and online meetings
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead qualification, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate with technical, product, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and client records using CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on gaming industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory considerations
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in gaming software, SaaS, iGaming, or technology solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of gaming platforms, software solutions, and digital products
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to conduct product demos and solution-based selling to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) for pipeline and forecast management
  • Knowledge of the UAE / GCC market, client landscape, and regional business practices
