A leading HVAC company in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive for Data Centers to drive sales growth within the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in HVAC sales, a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential. The role involves developing sales strategies and managing key customer relationships to achieve business objectives.
Sales Executive Data Centers is a key role reporting to the SeniorSales Manager. You will be based in Dubai and will be accountable for all sales activities necessary for the profitable growth of the Johnson Controls HVACwith Data Center customers.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible to explore market opportunities develops and implements strategies to maximize margins while increasing market share in the region. You will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your sales experience coupled with your industry knowledge in Data Centers business in GCC to deliver our business objectives for our Middle East and Africa region.
As Sales Executive you will be using your extensive knowledge about the Data Center products in the region and accordingly Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of data center market landscape dynamics regulatory requirements competition sales channels and market growth strategies and create plans to close the gap. You will be also responsible for Building and implementing Account Management strategies for key target managed and maintained owner consultant and contractor accounts focused on the data center industry with local sales representatives where they exist. Builds the best at every customer relationships through directly employed sales professionals leading to market share growth in equipment controls and service offerings.
As a Sales Executive you will be developing programs tools training and on-going support to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of a data center focused sales team. Youll embed a culture of cross functional teaming to build employee engagement and best practice sharing.
