Job Overview

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Plywood/Particle Board manufacturing company. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and developing key client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Promote advanced, eco-friendly engineered wood and sustainable building materials across construction, interiors, and related segments.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert new business opportunities within the UAE’s rapidly growing building market.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings, site visits, and technical presentations for architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and seamlessly manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships for both new and repeat business.
  • Track market developments, sustainability standards, and monitor competitor activity in the eco-construction sector.
  • Represent the company at key trade shows, seminars, and industry events.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in building materials, construction products, or sustainability-focused sectors preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Technical understanding of green building materials or engineered wood products is an advantage.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
