Our company will have a strong international focus, especially in Spain and Latin America, connecting global investors with the UAE’s booming real estate market.

Role Overview

We are looking for proactive, motivated, and goal-driven professionals to handle property listings, generate leads, manage client portfolios, and close sales in both off-plan and secondary markets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client inquiries and provide property consultations.
  • Generate and convert leads through calls, online platforms, and networking.
  • Conduct property tours and negotiate deals.
  • Maintain updated listings and market knowledge.
  • Build long‑term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
