Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a reputed client specializing in high-precision machinery for the jewelry manufacturing industry. As a recognized leader in this niche industrial sector, the company delivers innovative equipment solutions tailored to the evolving needs of jewelry producers across the region.

With a strong focus on quality performance and client service, they are now looking to expand their sales force by hiring a motivated and field-ready Sales Executive to drive growth in the GCC and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities to expand the customer network.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and support.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most appropriate machinery or solutions.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and prepare customized proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, logistics, after-sales) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle post-sale interactions to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in machinery equipment or jewelry manufacturing sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preference for male candidates due to extensive field travel and on-site requirements.
  • Technical sales exposure or familiarity with industrial machinery is advantageous.
  • Experience in the MENA/GCC region is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
