Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s telematics, GPS tracking, and fleet management solutions. This role involves a combination of field sales, client presentations, product demonstrations, and coordination with technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned markets and sectors.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for telematics / GPS products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored telematics / GPS solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial discussions and contract renewals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of telematics and GPS tracking technologies, fleet management systems, IoT devices, and associated software platforms.
  • Keep up-to-date with new features, product updates, and market innovations.
  • Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project deployment.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events / exhibitions.
Required Skills
  • Proven sales experience in telematics, GPS tracking, fleet management, or related technology fields.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, IoT devices, and vehicle tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients at all levels (operations, management, C-suite).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially with logistics, transportation, and corporate fleets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Arabic language skills (optional but beneficial in the Middle East).

  • Achievement of monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Growth in new client acquisitions.
  • Revenue retention and client renewal rate.
