Job Title: Sales Engineer – Sewage Pumps & Wastewater Treatment Equipment

Location: Sharjah and Dubai

We provide cutting-edge technology that helps our customers meet environmental standards while optimizing their operations. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineers to join our team and drive growth in the wastewater treatment sector.

Position Overview: As a Sales Engineer specializing in pumps and wastewater treatment equipment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our specialized solutions. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to provide exceptional customer support, conduct product presentations, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sustainability, engineering, and sales within the pumps and fluid handling technologies across all sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team and drive revenue growth through promotion and sale of our specialized pumps and wastewater treatment solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and consult with clients on technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to align solutions with client specifications.
  • Present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Travel for business as required to engage customers and close deals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sales and Marketing Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5 years of experience in selling pumps and a sales engineering or technical sales role within the wastewater treatment sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps and wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and technologies (e.g., pumps, mechanical screens and gravel removal, sludge treatment, mixers, oil and gas, etc.).
  • Experience in providing technical solutions and consulting services to clients in pumps and the wastewater treatment industry.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • UAE Driving license
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
