About the Role

Maktonet is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence in the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in IT & networking, combined with solid B2B sales expertise, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new clients within the UAE and GCC markets.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE market.
  • Strong background in networking & IT solutions (certifications such as Network+, CCNA, CWNA are a plus).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for business trips across GCC countries.
  • Previous experience in Telecom / Industrial Networking / ELV Solutions.
  • Existing client base or network within GCC industries.
  • Indian and Arab candidates are preferred.
