📍 Based in JAFZA, United Arab Emirates We’re hiring a Sales Coordinator who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to support our sales team in achieving ambitious targets.

If you enjoy building strong customer relationships, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales managers, and technical experts, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
  • Build connections: establish new and maintain existing relationships with customers.
  • Understand needs: manage and interpret customer requirements to align with our solutions.
  • Creating proposals: obtain quote from suppliers, verify stocks, and build proposal and send to customer with all the required information.
  • Close with confidence: gather feedback, negotiate terms, and secure deals support sales success.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, collaborate with product line managers, team members, and technical experts.
  • Represent the brand: participate in trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering preferred).
  • 2–3 years of sales experience with proven success as a strong performer (entry-level considered with strong drive).
  • Solid technical background in oil & gas or energy industry preferred.
  • Excellent selling skills with strong negotiation and closing ability.
  • Highly organised, with strong analytical decision‑making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with CRM’s and ERP’s.
