About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving membership and course sales while creating an exceptional client experience. You will work closely with a dynamic team, contribute to marketing initiatives, and help shape the growth of our wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership and course sales through in-person, phone, and online interactions.
  • Engage clients with energy, professionalism, and expert knowledge of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs.
  • Maintain organized records and follow‑up systems for leads and prospects.
  • Represent the hub with a polished, confident, and personable presence.
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–5 years of experience in fitness, wellness, or commercial sales
  • University degree (essential) - This role offers a clear career progression for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and embrace the company's values
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Native/advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of fitness, yoga, or Pilates is highly desirable (RYT certification ideal)
  • High‑energy, outgoing, and target‑driven personality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident presence, and professional demeanor

  • Own visa during probation preferred
Package Offered
  • Base salary: AED 4,000–5,000
