We are looking for a Junior Sales & Business Development Executive to support commercial growth across the GCC region. Based in Dubai, this role is ideal for an ambitious early-career professional who wants to develop a career in sales, business development, and project acquisition within the interior design, furniture, or architecture-related sectors.
You will work closely with senior sales leaders and international teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to key accounts, regional markets, and large‑scale projects, with clear opportunities for progression.
Support the execution of sales and business development activities across the GCC region.
Assist in identifying new business opportunities, leads, and potential projects.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking events when required.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure tailored solutions for clients.
Track sales activities and update CRM, pipelines, and reports.
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role.
Background or strong interest in interior design, furniture, architecture, real estate, or related industries.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced international environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus, not mandatory).
Comfortable working from an office in Dubai with occasional regional travel.
Available to start ASAP.
