The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, managing client data, and assisting with sales proposals and marketing efforts. Candidates should be organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.

We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team and support clientlington relationships. This role calls for someone assertive and presentable both on the phone and in‑person to deal with HNW clients. Highly organised, confident to work independently and has a good understanding of reporting document organisation & CRM systems.
Requirements: Experience or an interest in Interior Design & Sales, presentable, strong communication skills and IT fluency. Ability to manage complex projects and multi‑task. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty. Marketing experience. Proficient in CRM systems, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Hands‑on approach to ensure work is completed. Driving Licence. If you are fluent in additional languages this is preferred but not essential.
