Our client, a multinational group specializing in insurance and reinsurance broking, underwriting, medical TPA, and assistance services in the UAE, is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all aspects of prospect development from pre‑sale through close, including developing referral sources, identifying new clients that match the client profile, and ensuring a consistent flow of new revenue for the practice.
- Identifying prospects through various sales channels.
- Visiting potential clients and assessing corporate insurance requirements.
- Designing adequate covers and providing appropriate consultations.
- Preparing proposals and conducting presentations.
- Generating and servicing new accounts.
- Managing portfolio renewals and establishing relationships with customers.
- Following up for collection of payment.
Requirements / Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance/sales in UAE.
- Valid UAE driver’s license.
- Persuasive with strong communication skills to initiate, negotiate and close business.
- Tactful and smart to handle client’s objections and present solutions and options to close sales.
- Articulate and well‑versed with making presentations and sales pitches to prospective and existing clients.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
