A growing IT Services company in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the US, Canadian, and European markets. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of B2B IT sales experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role is crucial for building a strong sales pipeline and managing customer accounts effectively.
About Us: We are a growing IT Services company providing end-to-end technology solutions, including IT consulting, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and staffing support. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager who will drive growth in the US, Canadian, and European markets. Target Market: UAE.
5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure).
Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
