Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments
• Organize and deliver toolbox talks and safety training for site staff and workers
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and project HSE requirements
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RA/MS)
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and management on safety matters
• Maintain proper HSE documentation, records, and reports
• Stop unsafe work practices and take corrective actions when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction projects
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification is preferred
• Good knowledge of construction site safety standards and UAE regulations
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently on site
