We are looking for a dedicated Safety Officer to support and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and industry standards
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and prepare detailed reports
• Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and management on safety matters

Requirements

• UAE National (Family Book required)
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification preferred
• 1–5 years of experience in a safety role (construction, facilities, or development preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and best practices
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
