The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in site safety practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures on‑site
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and standards
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measures
• Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Provide safety training and induction to workers and subcontractors
• Monitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to resolve safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety records and incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager on construction sites
