Job summary

A leading hospitality firm in Dubai is seeking a Rooms Division Manager. This role oversees the front-of-house and guest services operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with at least 5 years of experience in Rooms Division, including 3-4 years in a management role. Proficiency in PMS systems and strong leadership skills are required. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rooms Division.
• At least 3-4 years in a managerial role.
• Previous Front Office or Housekeeping management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the front-of-house and guest services operations.
• Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Security.
• Focus on service excellence and team leadership.

Skills
