We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Super Store Manager to lead operations in one of our flagship outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards.
  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of store associates, supervisors and department heads to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order stock and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle budgeting, financial reporting and performance analysis to optimize store profitability.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Train and develop team members through regular coaching and performance appraisals.
Requirements
