Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Abu Dhabi, requires a Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of various retail outlets. The responsibilities include managing store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, optimizing performance, and upholding customer service standards. The Retail Operations Manager will supervise the team, enforce compliance with company policies, and work towards achieving performance and sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in Retail Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and create actionable strategies
  • Hands-on experience in Store Management and successfully leading retail teams
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure customer satisfactionStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in multi-store retail management is advantageous

  • Preferably Arabic nationality

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of 30+ employees
