Role Overview

To support the Group’s expansion in the arabic market, we are seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager Middle East to lead the Retail channel with a specific focus on the high-end watch category.

Reporting to the General Manager Middle East, the role will be responsible for managing and developing wholesale activities in France, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market positioning.

Based in Dubai, the Retail Area Manager is responsible for the performance and operations of the Group’s boutiques within the assigned area. The role aims to ensure the achievement of sales targets and the operational excellence of the boutiques, while delivering customer experience consistent with the company’s standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of KPIs and budget targets within the assigned area.
  • Manage, motivate, and support Boutique Managers and in-store teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide on-the-ground operational training and daily support to sales teams.
  • Oversee boutique operations, visual merchandising, and stock management.
  • Implement and monitor CRM strategies, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Manage client orders and specific requests, ensuring timely and high-quality service.
  • Coordinate local brand activations and marketing initiatives in line with the corporate strategy.
  • Supervise wholesale points of sale and support sell-out performance where applicable.
  • Manage the area budget, optimizing operational costs.
  • Identify opportunities for retail growth and development within the assigned market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar multi-store roles.
  • Proven background in the luxury retail sector is a must.
  • Strong team leadership and retail operations expertise.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Arabic knowledge (nice to have)
  • Availability to travel frequently across the assigned area.
