Responsibilities

Responsible for the Reservation of Outlet guests extending them a warm welcome alongwith maintenance of guest profiles & ensuring high standards of service in the assigned work area. Our Restaurant Reservations Intern has the following responsibilites:

• When coming on duty he/she reports to the Supervisor.
• Will get the necessary Information about Reservation for the outlet organizational details seasonal promotions events & F&B available/non available daily specialities before commencing the duties.
• Answer calls and give information about the venues location timings special theme nights working hours with times kitchen operates accept reservations for the B&F outlets.
• Answer emails and give information about the venues location timings special theme nights working hours with times kitchen operates. accept reservations for the B&F outlets.
• Give information about the venues location timings special theme nights working hours with times kitchen operates smoking areas kids policies brunch pricings and all the information regarding the B&F outlets.
• Know restaurant cuisines and dress codes and music.
• Follow reservation policies and credit card details for larger groups.
• Fluency in English mandatory
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Second language preferred
