As a Residences Lounge Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents and guests have an exceptional experience in our exclusive lounge area.   • Greet and welcome residents and guests to the lounge area with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area, ensuring it meets high standards of hygiene and presentation
  • Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as required
  • Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and services to guests
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback
Qualifications
