  • Collaborate with front office, sales, and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize occupancy rates.
  • Utilize reservation software and MS Office to manage bookings and maintain data integrity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipate guest needs, and provide personalized assistance as needed.
  • Support revenue management strategies through up-selling techniques and accurate inventory management.
Qualifications
