Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.
- Provide accurate information and ensure all communication is consistent, professional, and guest-focused.
- Negotiate the best possible deals with guests while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications on booking platforms.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating internal records.
- Assist in coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs when required.
- Monitor and resolve guest concerns, ensuring timely solutions.
- Support the operations team with day-to-day administrative duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com platforms is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Good negotiation skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Proficient in using a laptop, MS Office, and online tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
