We are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for guests ensuring a professional experience from the initial reservation process.

  • Deliver professional and efficient customer service to all guests
  • Manage incoming calls emails and online reservation requests with utmost professionalism
  • Optimize revenue through strategic recommendation of additional services and amenities
  • Provide comprehensive information about our property facilities and accommodate special requests
  • Ensure accurate processing of reservations including correct recording of all guest details and preferences
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and address any concerns
  • Maintain current knowledge of promotions rates and availability to provide precise information
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of the propertys policies procedures and services
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives and uphold high standards of service
