• Utilize basic laboratory tools to perform experiments and analyze results, including the use of software for data analysis.
• Implement stability protocols and formulation assessments to ensure product quality, including long-term and accelerated stability studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cosmetics innovation and product development, participating in brainstorming sessions and project reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in personal care, baby care, and hair care, contributing insights to product strategy.
