• Gather and translate business and technical requirements into BRDs.
• Manage stakeholders between Technical IT partner and Business partners.
• Plan project delivery timelines and ensure achievement.
• Design insightful screens and reports through wireframes.
• Manage escalations.
• Ensure testing of new developments adheres to SLA.

Skills

Good understanding of banking domain

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Planning and organization skills

Ability to deliver results under stringent timelines

Flexibility to work on areas other than area of expertise

Good understanding of SDLC

Ability to analyze data to propose valuable screens and reports

Education

Graduate

PGD/MBA preferred
