Job content

We are currently seeking a Reliability Engineer to monitor, review and assess maintenance works for assigned projects / contracts and report on project processes, timelines, and adherence to performance criteria to drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations to achieve operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project schedules according to confirmed scope of works / orders, review and analyze project requirements and ensure all project schedules are appropriately communicated in line with Company and customer reporting requirements
  • Monitor contract progress against performance criteria including identifying major activities and review project forecasts against progress and ensure any deviations or change orders are recorded as per Company policies and procedures and customer reporting requirements
  • Ensure equipment and systems meet required reliability and availability targets
  • Apply reliability engineering tools (e.g., FMEA, MTBF / MTTR studies) to improve design and operation performance
  • Develop and optimize Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM / PdM) plans
  • Support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategy implementation
  • Work with CMMS / EAM systems for tracking equipment reliability KPIs
  • Collect and analyze equipment downtime and maintenance data
  • Establish reliability KPIs : OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Cost of Poor Reliability
  • Implement condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, etc.)
  • Support the development of project reporting materials and requirements including customer reports, project status presentations, performance indicator reports and verifying / closing work orders as per Company and customer procedural requirements
  • Maintain project risk register to ensure identified project risks are effectively managed to minimize impact on schedule and scope
  • Prepare performance reports and the project dashboard as per customer / contractual reporting requirements
  • Ensure all equipment design modifications are reported and documented as per established Company policies and procedures and customer reporting requirements
  • Identify project issues / major deviations, lead root cause analysis with subject matter experts, propose remedial actions and verify implementation to drive continuous improvement
  • Plan and execute internal audit requirements related to the quality management system and ensure audits are conducted and delivered as per Company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including HSEQ requirements using Company policies and procedures as appropriate
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or a relevant field
  • Knowledge in aeronautics or machining would be a plus
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience
Professional Knowledge, Certification or Memberships
  • ISO Certification is preferred
Special Requirements
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Occasional regional / international travel may be required
