Rana Exim FZ-LLC is a Master Developer of The Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub is a $10 billion mixed-use in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), in the United Arab Emirates. The project is designed to be a self-sustainable ecosystem for advanced, green technology industries and is located in the Al Ghail Industrial Park in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key features

The hub will focus on green energy and high-tech sectors, such as electric and hydrogen vehicle manufacturing, renewable energy, and semiconductor production, with plans for advanced technologies like eVTOL aircraft. Designed as a 335-acre self-sustaining community, it will integrate industrial, residential, and commercial spaces and include facilities like hospitals, shopping complexes, and community centers for workers and residents. The project is projected to create 4,000 jobs in Ras Al Khaimah and contribute $5–6 billion annually to the UAE's GDP. Its location in RAKEZ offers advantages like 100% foreign ownership, tax exemptions, and access to international markets.

Significance and strategic alignment

This initiative serves as a platform for Indian advanced manufacturing companies to expand globally. By concentrating on green energy and advanced manufacturing, the hub supports the UAE's goal of diversifying its economy, increasing the manufacturing sector's GDP contribution, and reducing reliance on imports. It also aims to contribute to the UAE's net-zero emissions targets by promoting sustainable industrial practices.

Timeline and partnerships

The groundbreaking ceremony for the hub was held in September 2025. It is a collaboration between India's Rana Group (through Erisha E Mobility) and RAKEZ. A $1 billion investment was secured from a UAE-based industrial group to support Erisha E Mobility's global expansion, contributing to the overall $10 billion project investment. China Construction Eighth Engineering Division (CCEED) is an EPC partner for the development.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager Real Estate role located in Dubai. The Relationship Manager will oversee daily interaction with clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored real estate solutions, identifying potential business opportunities, and acting as a liaison between clients and the company. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for managing client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and preparing detailed reports to track progress and client engagement.
