We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager – Auto Loans to join our client’s financial services team. The role involves managing end-to-end auto loan sales operations, nurturing relationships with dealerships and customers, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail lending, a strong understanding of vehicle financing, and a proven ability to meet sales targets through proactive relationship management and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, source, and onboard new customers for auto loan financing through direct sales and dealer partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealerships, brokers, and corporate clients to generate consistent business.
  • Manage the loan application process — from lead generation to document collection, credit evaluation coordination, and disbursement.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets for new loans, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with internal credit, KYC, and risk policies, ensuring high-quality customer portfolios.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management on market trends, pricing, and promotions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Technical & Functional Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of auto loan products, credit assessment, and documentation processes.
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
